If you have been thinking about joining an Internet dating site, be sure to take heed. There are scams amuck to be found at a lot of the Internet dating sites. Of course, not all of the sites are scams. How do you tell? You need to search thoroughly on the web and hear others tales of satisfaction on Internet dating sites. I had much success with a TangoWire site called http://www.thatdatingsite.com. That is where I might my wife Theresa. Since meeting her on an Internet dating site, I have promoted this site quite a bit, telling my single friends who are searching for a dating site. As a matter of fact, I also opened the http://www.findbuds.info website, in order to promote online dating. The reason is this; life is too short to not be happy. I have used some of the dating sites on the web, and have found that there are a lot of scammers lurking in the shadows. It appears the webmasters don't care who joins their sites, and that's where the problems start. Always beware of meeting someone new on a dating site, and than, once they get somewhat comfortable, ask for money to come see you. Of course, they'll have a hard luck story to give you. It asks, than kind of tricks you into thinking its ok, posts a cookie, and than, won't let you join. It also remembers who you are because of the cookie. I also run a site called http://www.single-dating-site.com , but it is only to promote FriendFinder dating. I have not joined that site, but was told that it was a decent site as well. Just remember when dating though, keep your distance from those with a hard luck story and requesting money, and you should have a lot of fun. Maybe even meet the love of your life like I did.
